Raymond Clark, president of

On High Rise Buildings and will serve through May 2006. He
was previously vice chairman. Other newly installed members

CCHRB investigates problems, supports research and disseminates

Thomas Collins, president and founder of civil and structural
engineering firm Collins Engineers Inc. in Chicago, has received
the Structural Group Lifetime Achievement Award from the American
Society of Civil Engineers Illinois Section. The award is
given in recognition of lifetime contributions to civil engineering
as a consultant, author and educator.

CTL Group of Skokie, Ill., has announced Ann Hagni was hired
as senior scientist and manager of microscopy and Steven Smith
as senior engineer in the Structural Engineering and Mechanics
Group. Hagni was previously manager of the analytical laboratory
for Eagle Picher Technologies in Quapaw, Okla., and Smith
was previously senior engineer for Chicago-based Exponent
Failure Analysis Associates. CTL Group is an engineering and
construction technology consulting firm.

Bill Nitkowski has joined Milwaukee-based CG Schmidt Inc.
as chief financial officer and vice president of administration.
He was previously chief financial officer and vice president
of finance for Stoughton, Mass.-based Ark-Les Corp. CG Schmidt
is a general contractor.

Dale Jacobs, a principal of Indianapolis-based architecture
firm BSA LifeStructures, was named to the College of Fellows
of The American Council of Engineering Cos. in Washington,
D.C. The honor comes in recognition of contributions to the
engineering profession.

Strand Associates Inc. of Madison, Wis., has announced Jeffrey
Kronser was promoted to director of corporate operations and
Michael Felker to director of operations. Kronser was previously
director of operations, and Felker was previously structural
discipline coordinator. Strand Associates Inc. provides civil
and environmental engineering services.

Hammel, Green and Abrahamson Inc. of Minneapolis has announced
John Leaf and Julie Penman have joined the Milwaukee office
as business developers. Leaf was previously in corporate marketing
for Milwaukee-based M&I Data Services, and Penman was
previously Milwaukee Commissioner of City Development. HGA
is an architecture, engineering and planning firm.

V3 Consultants of Woodridge, Ill., has announced Heidi Voirol
was promoted to project manager from project engineer. Craig
McCammack was named project manager and Didi Duma water resources
technical director. McCammack was previously manager of environment
services for Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Raisanen &
Associates Inc., and Duma was previously senior project manager
for Chicago-based Consoer Townsend Envirodyne Engineers. V3
Consultants provides infrastructure, development and land
resource services.

Tim Schneider was named assistant project manager Fond du
Lac, Wis.-based J.F. Ahern Co. He was previously a student.
J.F. Ahern Co. is a mechanical and fire protection contractor.

Gary Dupuis was promoted to chief financial officer of Oak
Brook, Ill.-based Krusinski Construction Co. He was previously
vice president of finance. Krusinski Construction Co. is a
general contractor.

David Goetz was promoted to project principal in Chicago
of Muscatine, Iowa-based Stanley Consultants. He was previously
manager of the electrical department. Stanley Consultants
provides engineering, environmental and construction services.

Michael Long was named director of project management for
Bannockburn, Ill.-based Principle Construction Corp. He was
previously vice president of operations of Schaumburg, Ill.-based
MTI Construction Services LLC. Principle Construction Corp.
provides design-build services.

Tomas Bannon was named head estimator of Downers Grove, Ill.-based
John Edward Construction Co. He was previously project manager
of Chicago-based Paul Borg Construction Co. John Edward Construction
Co. is a general contractor.

Dave Peterson was named project manager of Mount Prospect,
Ill.-based The Consulting Engineers Group Inc. He was previously
project manager for Des Moines-based Iowa Prestressed Concrete.
The Consulting Engineers Group Inc. provides engineering services.

Eric Truelove has joined Madison, Wis.-based The Renschler
Co. as director of sustainable design services. He was previously
branch manager for Waukesha, Wis.-based IBC Engineering Services.
The Renschler Co. is a design-build company.

Eric Wahlgren, preconstruction manager of Carol Stream, Ill.-based
Williams Development LLC, was named an associate. Williams
Development is a construction management and design-build
firm.

R.A. Smith & Associates Inc. of Brookfield, Wis., has
announced Eric Fowler, a geographical information systems
project manager, has met the standards and requirements established
by the GIS Certification Institute in Park Ridge, Ill., to
become a certified GIS professional. Ken Welden, civil engineering
project manager with the firm's National Survey & Engineering
division, has become a Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design accredited professional through the U.S. Green Building
