Timothy Arendt has joined Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based Sedco Ltd./Shamrock Electric Co. Inc. as vice president of business development. He was previously president of the Western Section of the Richardson, Texas-based International Association of Electrical Inspectors.

Sedco Ltd./Shamrock Electric Co. Inc. is an electrical contractor.

Chicago-based Joseph J. Duffy Co. has announced the promotions of Michael Mozal to president and Jerry DeCicco to vice president. Mozal was previously vice president, and DeCicco was director of construction operations.

Joseph J. Duffy Co. is a general contractor.

Rex Revesz was promoted to president and director of Prairie View, Ill.-based Revcon Construction Corp. He was previously vice president.

Revcon Construction Corp. is a deep foundation contractor.

Green Bay, Wis.-based Berners Schober Associates Inc. has announced the promotions of several directors to corporate leadership positions: Joseph Dettlaff president; Dan Dallich vice president; Thaina Farah, also vice president; and Brian Meulemans secretary. Bill Doyle and Lowell Baumgardt, who had held the positions of president and vice president, respectively, will remain as directors with the titles of senior principals.

Champaign, Ill.-based Henneman, Raufeisen and Associates Inc. has named Jeffrey Treiber senior vice president and director of the Chicago office and John Talbot also senior vice president and director in Chicago. Treiber was previously senior vice president and chief operating officer of Chicago-based Environmental Systems Design Inc., and Talbot was previously executive vice president and director of Chicago-based A. Epstein and Sons International Inc.

Henneman, Raufeisen and Associates Inc. provides engineering services.

Robert King was named branch manager of the East Peoria, Ill., office of Alsip, Ill.-based McAllister Equipment Inc. He was previously vice president of operations for San Diego-based Construction Machinery Inc.

McAllister Equipment Co is a construction-equipment dealership.

Lisa Maurath was promoted to area manager in the Chicago office of New York-based Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas Inc. She was previously project oversight director for Parsons Brinckerhoff's Midwest district.

Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas Inc. is the infrastructure arm of Parsons Brinckerhoff, an engineering and construction-management firm.

Louis Gallucci was named director of construction services for Woodridge, Ill.-based V3 Infrastructure Services Ltd. He was previously vice president of Chicago-based Alfred Benesch & Co.

V3 Infrastructure Services Ltd. provides planning, design and construction engineering services.

Chris Schmidt was promoted to assistant project manager of Milwaukee-based C.G. Schmidt. He was previously project engineer.

C.G. Schmidt provides planning, design and construction services.

Michael Maillis was promoted to sales manager-engineered solutions of Middletown, Ohio-based Contech Construction Products Inc. and will be based in the firm's Indianapolis office. He was previously regional sales engineer II.

Contech Construction Products Inc. offers civil-engineering site solutions products and services.

Sussex, Wis.-based Quality Concrete Products has announced the additions of Ralph Lapp as sales representative and Kevin Cavanaugh as architectural consultant. Lapp was previously sales representative for Waukesha, Wis.-based Waukesha Block, and Cavanaugh was previously sales manager for Chesapeake, Va.-based Southern Aggregates.

Quality Concrete Products is a producer of concrete block.

Bruce Price was named sales service center manager of Marshfield, Wis.-based Marshfield DoorSystems Inc. He was previously plant manager for Chicago-based Lapham-Hickey Steel.

Marshfield DoorSystems Inc. is a manufacturer of wood doors for the commercial construction industry.

Dan Meier was named project engineer for Brookfield, Wis.-based National Survey & Engineering. He was previously employed by Kohl's Department Stores Inc. in Menomonee Falls.

National Survey & Engineering is a civil engineering, surveying and technical services consultant.
